A piece of Rosebery’s industrial history will be transformed, with the Wrigley’s Factory to become a high-end residential development. The former factory, built in 1919 when Rosebery was a hub for confectionery manufacturers, will be renamed The Burcham, after the factory’s original architect John Burcham Clamp.
